Weekend Update

This weekend was hectic. I did a lot of running around while trying to catch up on sleep. I woke up too late to go to something I usually go to on Saturday mornings so I was bummed. I went to an alternative instead and it was just as good.

Last night, I went to see Ali Eskandarian again.



This guy can sing! It was so great to see him again. He reminds me of a cross between Rage Against The Machine, The Doors, Nusrat, Jeff and some Led Zep. He's very cool. And for a young lad at 24, phew! on the stage presence. He's got it down. He moves like a snake. But for those who know me, know that I mean that in a good way! I went with Ellen, Shasa and Jack.

Today was busy too. But fun. I went with Cassie to shop for her engagement ring. God it's so overwhleming. So many people to push through on 7th Avenue here. We looked at a few rings then just walked around and enjoyed the sunny day. I brought her home a little bit ago and now have to clean my messy room.

This week, I'm going to Chicago for work. I'm excited. I love it there. So pretty and clean.
